In our daily meetings, our employees are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It is important for their health and that of our guests.
Ongoing Training: In addition to training on housekeeping and hygiene protocols, Casa Gracia management is additionally finishing more necessary COVID-19 awareness training.
Real Time Information: our team is alert 24/7 to assist and support the team and coordinate with local authorities.
Cleaning Products and Protocols: Our apartment uses cleaning products and protocols, which are effective against viruses.
Cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with extra attention paid to high-touch items.
Building/ Offices: we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys.
Back of House: In the spaces where staff works “behind the scenes,” we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like associate entrances, locker rooms, laundry rooms and staff offices.
Changes to cancellation policy in response to Coronavirus
In light of the new guidelines from the Spanish Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization regarding the coronavirus, and in accordance with the changing marketplace conditions and our commitment to the wellbeing of our guests and staff, we now offer greater flexibility to our cancellation policy
- For existing reservations up until the lockdown applies, we offer credit for future reservations up until 24 hours prior to arrival without any charge. It should be noted that changes to existing reservations for future arrival dates are subject to both availability and rate differences.
- For new reservations, we created a specific flexible rate and changes and cancellations are possible until 24 hours prior to arrival without any charge. It should be noted that changes to existing reservations for future arrival dates are subject to both availability and rate differences.
- For any queries with regards to any bookings made via third party travel agents, whether online or offline, should be made by contacting such agents and are subject to the booking provider’s policies.
